1.關山村現處南化水庫生態保護區內,環境自然純淨,有大量螢火蟲生長其中。
Guan Shan Village is in the Southern Reservoir Nature Protect Area, the condition is nature and clean, so many fireflies lives at there.
2.於山中梯田,以自然有機農法,輪流種植不同品種的甘蔗。
In the mountains, farmers plant the different kinds of sugar cane in the terrace field by using organic planting way.
3.依「四重孔明鼎」古法走水煉製,從1000公斤甘蔗,製出120公斤黑糖。
煉糖灶火煨以龍眼木,黑糖呈現原色原狀—色有深淺、粒有大小。
Using septuple pot cooking, an old process, to make 1000kg of sugar cane into 120kg of brown sugar. The flame is made by longan wood so the brown sugar will have unequal size and color.
4.100%無添加物、零加工、含糖蜜、酵母菌、乳酸菌,為活性黑糖。
With no additions, no processing, contain treacle and yeast and Lactobacillus, this is an activity brown sugar.
5.於恆溫倉庫採最新食品科技—柵欄技術保存(Hurdle Technology),密封於內袋真空、外袋充氮的雙重大真空袋,原味保鮮不變質。
In the constant temperature room, they’ll use Hurdle Technology to preserve the food. They’ll also put the brown sugar in bags without air in the inside and with nitrogen outside to make sure that the brown sugar won’t be rotten and be fresh..
